I'm going to be without coffee for nine months. And, yes, jumping to conclusions is bad. I'd tell you guys why, but I'm not sure if the other parties want people to know yet. But yeah. No coffee.

Spider raises an eyebrow. "You're never gonna make it. Nine months?" He's a guy, he doesn't think of things like pregnancies immediately (except for that one chick, but he doesn't want to think about that anymore).

"I know, huh? It's gonna be tough."

That was wonderful! She was so glad that he didn't leap to the wrong idea.

"Ha! I wonder what habit you'll pick up. Pocky scrunching?"

"This is gonna be a hard nine months for us Vic. And it's fine. I don't care if other people know. It'll be kinda hard to hide later." She laughed, seeming to have already gained a grasp on the situation.

"And you already goin' through withdrawl?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.

"'Kay, babe." She looked in her purse and found what she was looking for. A silver chain with a four leaf clover pressed between plastic. "F'r the prettiest twenty-one-year-old momma."

She whimpered and tapped the side of her head before nodding.

She gingerly took the necklace and fastened it around her neck. "Aww! Thank ya!" She said with a happy little smile, encompassing Vic in a tight hug. "You're so sweet you're gonna give me a tooth-ache, you know that?"

"You really don't have to do this if you don't want to. It's okay, really. You live off of coffee."

"That's just th' beginnin'. You're gonna be spoiled. Spoiled rotten." She hugged her back, laughing.

"I'm gonna do it." She smiled stubbornly.

She glanced over to Candy, who said she didn't mind people knowing. "A friend of mine is havin' a baby. I'm givin' up coffee with her. 'Cause she's pro'lly not gonna be very comfortable."

"Oh! She said I c'n tell now. My buddy's havin' a baby. She can't drink coffee, so I won't either. M' head hurts from no-coffee though. An' 'm sore from carryin' really, really heavy bags. Bobby helped me some, an' that was real nice of him. But I still woke up this mornin' hurtin' too much to move."

Oh! Surprise time! Victor searched in her purse. Where did she put it? Gosh golly gee...there! She had a glass bottle that she used stained glass dye on, so that abstract designs spread themselves swirling across it. "For you."

"Hug? Are you okay? You're okay, right?"

"I see. Well, good luck, to you and your friend both. And I hope you're alright. And I can help with something, if you'd like."

"It's beautiful! Thank you very much." He beams. "Hugs are good! I'm just fine. I brought you something too."

"Thanks! We'll need it, I think. I'll be fine. Just gettin' over the addiction part of it. How d' you mean?"

Yay! She was quite proud. And she hugged him.
