GOOD NEWS!

Well, before we get to the good news, I'll give a bit of background. I've been having a tough time with my phobias because I think they're all getting worse. I get dizzy when I walk along and see some stick or pinecone that might be a dead thing or a leaf that could be a butterfly.

But I can live with it better today than I usually can.

Drumroll please!!

One of my plays is going to be performed in the college! And directed by someone! And with people watching! It's going to be a pretty big deal there. And and and yay! I've had my poetry and stories read out-loud but never something like a play. And never in such a publicized setting. Oh, I'm so happy.

He's so glad that she's smiling again--a real, honest-to-god smile, and a laugh.."I'm so proouud. My baby's all grown up." He wibbles.

She was smiling so much that she thought that perhaps her face would freeze that way. Which wouldn't be a bad thing. "Yay! 'M glad you're proud." She shrugged. "Had t' grow up sooner 'r later."

He pats her head gently, grinning widely. "Can I come see it? Or will you be embarrassed?" He blinks his eyes at her cutely.

Her eyes widened. "Oh! Oh you must!" She beamed.

He laughs. "I shall, then. D'you when it is yet?" He might have to take Jake as well, and gush over how their baby is growing up. It would be highly amusing.

"No idea." She laughed softly. It would be amusing indeed!

"Well, give me an advanced notice, yeah? I've a tight schedule." He smirks. Jake is probably able to cry on command. Tears of joy for his little baby, oh, and I can still remember when she was just this ickle little thing, you wouldn't believe it, she was so cute, and now look at her!

"I'll be sure to." Oh yes. She's an official grown-up now. Tall (but not) and everything (that too.)

Jake will hug her and she'll blush. Spider may or not be subtle about snogging Jake, even. Depends on how much he wants to embarrass her. He probably won't, because it'll lessen her sugar rush, and that's not desirable at all.
"Good!" He laughs again, just because he can.

It'd be one heck of a party, that's for certain. "Very." She giggled and hugged him again.
